Welcome to the River Lodge, located half way between Lake Taupo and Rotorua in the centre of New Zealand (NZ) North Island.
We provide a refreshingly unique venue for conferences,weddings, incentives, christmas parties, birthday parties, private functions and corporate retreats.

Accommodation

We have 19 comfortable and spacious rooms available for single, double or twin occupancy. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and open to either poolside or garden settings.

Conference Room

A spacious conference room seating up to 45 delegates plus a self contained conference office with broadband intenet is available.

Private House Bar

We have a full service private house bar, serving fine wine, beers and spirits.

Dining Experiences

Dining at the Lodge is always a treat. We offer an array of dining experiences from a five course menu through to a casual BBQ and will work with you to meet your requirements.

Entertaining at The Lodge

The large dining room is the perfect place for a live band, jukebox or karaoke night. Several entertainment areas plus a large open fire make The River Lodge the ultimate venue.

Sports and Recreation

Outdoor pool, spa,tennis court, cricket pitch, running track, petanque pitch, basketball court and plenty of space for soccer, volley ball and softball.

We have all the gear you need to fly fish for trout in the river.
